Despite the claim on the box that this software works with Windows Vista, it does not - Vista blocks it because it is incompatible and would create problems. And, because it is software, Roxio will not refund the purchse price despite their false claim. Do not buy this product if you have Vista.
Yes, Roxio has support, with thousands of items in their Knowledge Base about the product. I bought this product (the current version shipping is 9, by the way), and, with one snafu, have had excellent success using it as a substitute for native Vista burning (which is famously unworkable) or Windows Media Player (which works, but is painfully slow).
While the above is simple, it is necessary in order to get the product working in Vista. [.].
The alternatives are Nero (which is now horrendously overfattened), various Shareware and cheapy alternatives, or Roxio 2009, much more expensive and again bloated. The good news, aside from what's already been mentioned, is that, not only is the interface simple and unbloated, yet full featured, but it burns and rips lightning fast, even under Vista, which is a real trick- about twice as fast as Windows Media Player.
I recommend this cheap but powerful tool. There are several unfair accusations in all these reviews which I feel need to be corrected.

This is a bit confusing. I have purchased several Roxio products to burn CD and each one works differently than the last.
Roxio Easy CD & DVD is the one for meand maybe you tooespecially if you're frustrated with NERO and what you want is burning software without the "frills" of Nero. * This program works with "Lightscribe" DVD/CD Writers. I have Windows XP and this program has the Roxio (Sonic) Express Labelerwhich a is simple CD & DVD BURNING program. Who needs "bells and whistles of NERO. *Roxio Easy CD & DVD is it. I don't. It is a basic easy program .
When all you need is "simple". Thank goodness I found the labeler I was "used to" I believe this used to be the Sonic Express Labelerbecase it does the same things the labeler someone else put on my computer(a HP Media Center Edition), used to doonly it had the "Sonic" name on it. I do NOT like the NERO software (because of TOO MANY "bells and whistles"stuff that right now I DON'T NEED. . Who needs frills. I like this program (Easy CD & DVD).
Instead of spending this $25 on this software bundle spend the $65 and get the full setup. After buying it I upgraded to the full Roxio suite and haven't had a problem since. I bought this software bundle for one reason: to make copies of DVDs that I had already recorded. It doesn't even do this basic function, it is pretty worthless.
