And sharing all of your grouped information is now as simple as emailing that one packaged file. What's more, unlike combining files, each document in the PDF package maintains its own page settings and security settings. As a result, each document within the package can be viewed, edited, and formatted independently of the other documents contained within the PDF package. It will generate a pdf. You can't edit a pdf with this product. This thing doesn't do much of anything. It's exe stays in memory forever and you have to kill it.
5.0 provides a fast and simple coversion of these documents to PDF format. PDF Create. I routinely create documents in a number of Microsoft formats such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher.
