This is indeed just for the Mac side. BTW, VmWare Fusion comes with a one year subscription for McAfee anti-virus for PC.
I think the reason the other reviewer couldn't get this to install in Windows is that this is just Anti Virus 11.0 for Mac. The dual protection version has a big sticker on the box that says 'Dual Protection'
It was a waste of money. I had no problem installing AntiVirus on the Mac but the disk was not recognized when I was in the Windows environment.
