In Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake, you play the famous girl detective as you solve a frightening new mystery!
A friend's frantic note sends teenage super-sleuth Nancy Drew on the trail of a mysterious pack of dogs, whose glowing eyes and mournful howls threaten to chase her and her friend away forever. Locals say the ghostly pack are risen from the grave to protect the secrets of their master, Mike Malone, who lies buried next to his beloved dogs. Long dead, Malone, a notorious gangster, once lived in the lakeside cabin recently purchased by Nancy's friend. Now it's up to players, as Nancy Drew, to dig up clues and find a flesh-and-blood answer to the haunting howls in the night. To solve the case, Nancy ventures into the deep, dark woods that surround Moon Lake. Like a search dog hot on a scent, she hunts down clues. It has a good storyline, lots of puzzles, and quite good graphics. I would recomend this to anyone who enjoys computer games, especially girls. I'd read the books as a child, and the games are good extentsion of that. I bought this game, not having played the Nancy Drew games before. It wasn't easy to complete, took a week or so, but I had fun while I was working out the puzzles, and exploring many parts of the Nancy Drew world. This game was fun, and enjoyable.
This game is my fav one out the ones i've played. Its a good game Their parts that make you jump, but in every nancy drew game there is. IF its your first game to get it might be creepy. I give it a 10. The bad guy was wow you would not the it was him/her.
I especially liked the ending scene. The graphics, plot, puzzles, etc. This was the first ND game that I've played, but it was AWESOME. were all really great. Overall, it was just a great game. It was packed with action and wrapped up the game really well.
My daughter really likes this game. Many hours of problem solving skills disguised as fun. There's a lot to do within the game sequence - there are mini-games within the story that are fun additions.
A good standard in the Nancy Drew pc mystery games. We love them and are down to our last two to purchase. Not quite as exciting as some of the others, ie: Haunted Mansion, Secret of the Crystal Skull but still a blast to play along side your sleuthing 10y/o daughter.Not as complicated as Scarlet Hand but harder then say Creature of Kapu Cave.
