Purchased gift for friend and then found out they already have Microsoft Works 9.0;;;;Item is now up for sale if anyone would like.
Microsoft works 9.0 from microsoft may be just fine, but, when you buy it from amazon.com you do not get support or answers and microsoft will not back it up because you bought it from amazon.
Keep the improvements coming. Great improvement over Works 7.0. Using with Vista Home Basic which doesn't have Works. Better format than Word. SCR in Avon Lake OH I don't use most of the features, but I really enjoy the ones that I do use.
I am very impressed with all the stuff you get with this. I love it. Bought this product so I can have access to writing a resume and cover letter. Easy to install, no problems. Easy to use. I now have stationery, address envelopes, and make lists for all the things I do in life.
This is a common problem with Microsoft items. It was the program I wished to repair on my computer, but it was a different version then what was shipped.
