It is very user friendly and I would even recommend it to beginners. I have found nothing else better for my own applications. This makes for easy image changing. It is so great because you can use the Find and Replace function (CTRL H) in an instant within the HTML view window. I use this for selling online. I have also built a few websites with it.

What I used to spend hours doing in VB Studio, I can do in a few minutes with Top Page.Top Page's many built in features make using it a breeze. Style sheet handling is taken care of without all the frames being static, and unchangeable. I can't begin to outline how much time this program saves me in creating complex web pages.Top Page provides online and Tutorial help which keeps you from having to buy a companion book, which is excellent. I am recommending Top Page to all the beginning HTML programmers I know, as well as the seasoned pros. And the quality is what stands out: outstanding graphics control, linking without writing a line of code, and the animation effects are imbedded without you doing anything. IBM TopPage is the future of HTML coding.

If they did, Wrong Again. As a user of Frontpage I decided to try Top Page and see how it did. I hope they don't think that it isn't necessary because the program is so intutive you don't need it. NO documentation is included. Don't bother to talk to IBM about it. The first thing I noticed was the box was empty excpt for a loan CD. It is discovery learning at its worst. They know what is best for you is the attitude you get.
