Great purchase for the $$$. It also has a fair variety of cards that are premade and then a nice "create your own" option as well. I wanted a calendar creating program and this is exactly what this has.
The card maker works much easier this year, its almost impossible making an errors printing up the card. Finding the rebate information is not as easy.
Great program for kids but limited for adults. Not much nature/floral. Tried to make a one month calender for my elderly father and found the selections for a quick calendar were pretty childish, lots of stuff with puppies and kittens.
This is a great piece of software. Even my 70 year old father has made great cards using this. Unlike other cardmakers - you don't even have to put the cd in the drive (once it's loaded of course.). Buy this product - it is worth the money. You can import you digital pictures for your cards too. I have XP and it was load and go right from the start. Projects are easily saved to be worked on later if you wish. It is simple to use and does a lot of tasks too.
Easy to use. I dont see buying another Hallmark card software just for this one thing and then waisting the money I paid for this software. After reading manual, I learned I needed the Delux version to use the Photo works repair process. No problem installing. Now I am forced to eather buy the Delux version or look elswhere to find a software to repair old photos. Then I would have just bought the Delux instead.
I think they should have placed this in the discription. I am very happy with the wonderful cards I made with this Hallmark card studio 2008. I thought I had the ability to fix up old photos. It will pay for its self in no time. NOT.
BUT, I misunderstood the discription about repairing photos.
