I bought this software because I needed a Lease Agreement for an apartment I was leasing. I was very disappointed to see that the form was not as customizable as I needed it to be. I actually found one on the internet that did everything I needed for a whole lot less. There were some items listed in the form that I did not need, but had no choice but to leave them in. This just wasn't the form for me. I needed something more flexible.
